Took my daughter here today to get her ears pierced. Was able to get a same day appointment which was great. First we were greeted by a very lovely receptionist who was polite and friendly, the both ladies who pierced my daughters ears were also very polite, and welcoming. Service from the phone call to getting her ears pierced was exceptional will definitely recommend to others.

Mia was really kind and put me at ease regarding my facial hair. She took her time to make sure all was taken off, and although it was done in stages, she did this so it would hurt a lot less. She was also really fun to chat too and would happily book with her again. X
